I met Matsumi in the beautiful village of

Takayama. She taught me the art of

carving rubber stamps, while we sat in a

little hut in the mountains.  It was such a

wonderful lucky day that it still makes my

heart *giddiup* when i think of it.

I hope you like my little drummer boy,

hand carved and printed using

Matsumi's technique. It is available

perfect for a drawstring santa sack.
